Has anyone used Callisto in sweet corn? Im thinking of using it this year in a no-till crop and was looking for feedback on how it performed and if it caused any stunting, yellowing, etc to the corn.

Thanks, RK

Richard,

Haven't used Callisto, but have used Laudis (Bayer) for the last three years and have had real good results. Only one application per year on sweet corn allowed, and some limitations on crops palnted the second year, but it worked really well for me.

Thanks Greg I'll give that look.
Impact is another herbicide which works well for me.  Limitations for me have been morning-glory vines and johnsongrass.  It will roast many other grasses as well as large ragweed/velvetleaf escapes.  It is effective on a lot of different broadleaves as well as many grasses.  I use it as a post emerge cleanup, putting down atrazine down right after planting.
Thanks Toby I'll check that out.

Richard,

Is that a 7000 series tractor in your photo. It looks like my 7210, but the tire setup is different.

Greg

Its a 7320, got it used but its been a fine tractor.
