After doing some more research I learned that the leaves from the Goji plants have more antioxidant content than the berries. So i went out to the field and picked a bag of the leaves and prepared them in a couple different ways and wouldn't you know it they were great. They can be eaten as a salad, cooked as a vegetable,or dried for tea.
For anyone interested we are now open for U-Pick Goji Greens.I'm working on packing them for sale. And of course we have lots of plants on hand for sale.Call for details(727)237-4485
