This is a link to a service starting in New Zealand, which puts farm markets on maps of the area, and lists their products. I think it looks promising.

I wonder what similar resources growers are using stateside. Can anyone offer their perspective? What's the best resource in your location, and what do you like about it?

There is also http://www.pickyourown.org/  They have a pretty good list of farms where there are pick your own options.

 

There are some online resources as well like:

Many states also have lists that they maintain.
